Is Hampton Park a safe suburb? Any good quality schools?
I am looking to buy a house at Hampton Park or Narre Warren South, it looks like Hampton is cheapper than Narre Warren South. So anyway how r these two suburbs? Safe? Any good school around?

We moved here just on 12 months ago and love everything about living here. Close to fountain gate, 20 minutes to decent beaches and 25 minutes to the Dandenongs. We have 3 young kids and there's lots of great parks and nature reserves. As far as schools we looked into a few in the area but the overall education level was way below what would be considered a decent school. We chose to send our daughter to primary school at East Bentleigh where my partner works. Monash can get very busy but apart from that we love everything about Hampton Park.
