As in all neighborhoods you have your hot spots infested with the thugs drug dealers drug users but over all it has its safe havens And with the help of the Harrowgate Civic Association the newly formed town watch and the coming together with surrounding neighboring civic groups to make an alliance to rid the our neighborhoods of the bad element . The Civic has been working closely with City Councilman Squilla Parks & Rec to renovate Heitzman Recreation center starting in 2017 The Water Department has installed rain gardens in Harrowgate Park the friends group is beautifying the war memorial with flag poles a dedication brick walk and much more Together we can make Harrowgate Great again !!
