Is it a good neighbourhood?

I am looking to relocate to Drouin. I noticed in this street a few houses for sale, specifically all next door to one another, a couple I am interested in. Just looking for any knowledge if this is a good neighbourhood? Most houses for sale are in front of a block of units.

I noticed in my research several issues with the community, specifically with the school and the council fining people for parking but nothing else in relation to this.

Any input would be great.
