Anyone lived on park street?

I haven't lived on Park St but as a property manager in and around Hawthorn I spend a fair amount of time in Park St. If you are looking for peace and quiet I would say to move one or two streets away. There is more noise on Friday / Saturday nights but there is also lots of quiet on Sundays. Ifd you are looking at an apartment the noise may not come from the street so much as your neighbours.... which is worth thinking about. Why not consider, Liddiard St or Elphin Grove? They are sop very central but a little bit removed form the energy of the university.
