What is the traffic like in Rathmines Rd east hawthorn. How much noise. When is busiest time

I usually head up Rathmines between 8.30 and 9.00am but live locally so pass through often. There is the primary school so a speed zone is in place from 8am. The busiest time seems to be school times for drop off / pick up. Peak times in the evenings do not seem as busy. There would certainly be road noise but there are also plenty of trees and the awesome park so the housing density is not overwhelming. Everyone's definition of noisy is different but I feel if you were set back from the road a wee bit then you could create a quiet home. Hope this is helpful :)
