"Country living City convenience by the bay"
Rural setting with large acreage blocks on a no through road. Subdivided in the fifties this area is the most secluded pocket of acreage in the redlands. 30 Mins drive to the city, 45 to Surfers Paradise, easy access to the Gateway arterial, 7 mins to the water, 5 mins to a main shopping precinct. If you want space for the kids and distance from the neighbours in a premium area of the Redlands this is it, but good luck buying here as homes don't go up for sale too often and there is certainly no land available.
