"Close to all amenties and city"
No through road so no traffic from non residents using Beulah Park as a short cut from Magill Road to The Parade.Nearby Park and numerous tennis courts are great for the kids.This area is highly attractive for those who want to live next to the Norwood precinct with all its shopping ,restaurants,pubs,coffee shops and essential services. Excellent capital gain as it is a highly sought after area which is currently under priced.
