Short answer is no. House prices are down a bit due to a slow market, but I believe they will start climbing again soon. I am in the higher area of Hillbank and you do see and hear the aircraft but the approach path reporting inbound to parafield from the east is Little Para Reservoir and the aircraft over fly that so Gould Creek and Salisbury Heights are affected more than Hillbank.
