Hillcrest, California null is located within the San Diego local government area, part of the San Diego County Region in undefined.
We are moving at the end of this month....doesn't need to be Hillcrest....single parent looking for a safe and family friendly neighborhood, LGBT friendly, artistic/creative types would be nice, low to avg income, good schools/daycare. Close to a hospital. Cooler temps are important for health reasons. Thanks for your input!
