It is a great place to live, the Neighbours are all nice people. It is right in the middle of all of the shops, Epping Plaza, The Stables, Westfield. The bus runs along Prince of Wales. The YMCA is only a 15 minute walk away. It is safe to go walking, and there are alot of nice homes in this area. There are two excellent schools in the area Mill Park Heights Primary and also Plenty Parklands Primary which is in Blossom Park about a 10 minute drive away but it is one of the best public schools you could find, the School has an excellent reputation. Internet and Pay Tv are available and wireless runs at a high speed depending on whom you sign with. Mobile Phone Reception can be a bit of a problem at times, sometimes there is none in the house but if you go out the front you can pick it up better. That can also depend on whom you are contracted to. The Council do a good job keeping the streets clean and safe and there are alot of parks in the area.
