Reviews of Pindari Avenue, Mill Park
"Mill Park Heights is really good location"
Most of the houses here are reasonable new (around 10 year old) houses. Many of them are singly storeys, though a few double storeys are found here and there. There is a 24 hours Medical centre with Pharmacy is around the corner. From here Eppind station is around 3 kms. You can walk in 30 minutes. But there are frequent buses to Epping station and RMIT tram station.

"Street with good facilities"
This street has the States biggest primary school. Reasonably priced homes and not too old. Roughly 10 to 15 years old houses. Price appreciation is comparitively better than suburbs like South Morang. Some truckies stop truck close to kerb and it would be hard to mow the lawn. Teenagers like other areas, throw beer bottles, cans, rubbish, etc. at night while driving or walking on street. The council rates are bit expensive compared to whitehorse city council. Rubbish collection is not good. You need to phone council to clear rubbish. Garden waste can not be tied in a bag. You have to put in corrugated boxes. Rich council, I think.

helpful, its a shame that we can't get people to appreciate their surroundings more and not litter. If you pay council rates then you should expect a better service regarding rubbish collection. shame on the council.
