"Inner city convenience with a neighbourly vibe"
The street is an interesting mix of light commercial (at one end), apartments, small to medium size terrace houses with a couple of mini-mansions for good measure.
There is quite a bit of through traffic - cars avoinding lights at the intersection of Malvern Road and Williams Road, but noise has not been a problem for us. Excellent shopping is within a quick walk at Hawksburn and a slightly longer walk or short drive takes you to Chapel Street, Prahran Market.
Albert Park Lake, the Yarra River and the Botanical Gardens are close by. Excellent public transport (train and tram).
We are the only family with kids in the street.
