2-2-1 appartment on the same street as a crematorium - good/bad move? Would you do it?

Is buying a property (2-2-1) on the same street as a crematorium a blatantly poor investment decision? Even if the appartment is <5 years old and the price is extremely low at the moment due to current market conditions? I plan to live in this property for at least 2 years...

Hi Shevy, I have recently listed a property on Crest Street, same as the Mount Thompson Memorial Gardens and Crematorium. We had absolutely no issues with interest in this property, in fact the response was overwhelming. It is a 17 year old townhouse (6/27 Crest Street, Mount Gravatt East). Out of the hundreds of people we had view the property I only recall one person making a comment, but if I were you I would not be concerned.

Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions about the area.
