[ 2020 ] Looking at buying - is there still a problem with smells from the Abbattoir?
Holmview, QLD 4207 is located within the Gold Coast local government area, part of the Gold Coast Region in Queensland.
Looking at buying in Holmview (up near Eden's Landing), can anyone tell me whether the smell from Tey's is still an issue? Having a hard time finding anything out online. Thanks!

Hi Carol, I am a local Real Estate agent in Holmview and I am asked this question all the time.
I have sold mostly in the Vale part of Holmview and selling requires me to be in this area Mornings, afternoons and evenings. On any occasion I have not smelt anything. The last property I sold, the owner was vegetarian so there was no way she would have coped with anything from there.
