Is Chelmsford St in Newtown / Camperdown bad for aircraft noise?

Still hunting for a house and looking at a house on Chelmsford street towards the Camperdown end as we love the area! Parking isn't too bad and its reasonably quiet. I have seen the flightpath map and this street is right on the border. I think planes actually fly directly over the street according to the map but not entirely sure... I found that a couple of streets to the west (I think it was on Rowley St Camperdown) it felt like the planes would clip the top of the houses they were so low and they were also dumping fuel.. Im just not used to seeing planes that close so it might take a little getting used to.
Any feedback from the locals would be very informative!
Thanks in advance..
