In a land subdivision transaction, there is often a requirement for the developer to withhold from market restricted lots that temporarily provide On-Site Stormwater Detention (OSD) infrastructure. Once Council provid permanent infrastructure, the block can then be remediated by the purchaser, and become standard low-density residential housing lots.

If purchasing this investment, you would settle on the property as per normal six week basis (negotiable). Once Council allow the restriction to be lifted, you would then pay to fill the lot, finalise any services, and then be able to build/ develop the lot.
