"Family friendly, neighbourly spirit, wide open streets"
Good friendly neighbourhood, children playing safely on the streets and parks. Relatively near Vineyard and Riverstone Train stations. 7-10min drive to Rouse Hill Town Centre. Easy access to the historic town of Windsor, and the Hawksebury River. Good schools, private and public. Near Bunnings, and quick drive to Costco, Ikea. Several future retail shops planned. Roads are wide and not narrow. Homeworld is also located here.

"Depends on where you are"
Box Hill NSW is blooming and booming, some streets/communities are good and some are still underdeveloped.
The good thing is that this is in Hills Shire Council so you know that you’ll be in good hands.
But it will take at least another 5-10 years to look like Rouse Hill, if you are patient enough, you are investing for the next decade and not for today’s.
Don’t know if anyone has been the Gables, it’s a beautiful hand crafted community with lots of things going on.
I can’t speak for the ones that are outside of the Gables, but if you have visited Gables, you will be instantly in love with this community

"Box hill is fantastic suburb"
Family friendly suburb"
Box Hill is a fantastic suburb, especially so for young families. It offers a safe haven for raising children with quiet streets, friendly neighbours, beautiful looking and many sporting and recreational fields and shopping center coming soon.
At present near shopping centre is Rouse Hill .
Need to improve public transport facility.
The Hills area in general is a fabulous part of Sydney and given the choice to live anywhere else, I would definitely choose the Hills District.
