Just lovely, everywhere you look you can't help but smile. This lovely home has been in the family since it was first built. In fact the builder was actually the original owner. Solid and very tidy, this is an absolutely delightful home that will capture your heart and make you believe in love at first sight.

Lovely gardens around the whole home , it isn't difficult to see that the home has been exceptionally well looked after since day dot. Unfortunately due to the owners circumstances, the owner has to now move on and find a property of smaller proportions both in and outside. Sad for the owner but very good for some lucky buyer.

From the street you can see the home but it is also nicely nestled away behind some trees that camouflage the fabulous seating area off the front making it a great place to sit and watch the sun go down in the afternoons and its raised position is pretty much perfect for capturing the gorgeous afternoon breeze especially as the summer months approach.

Inside the lovely timber floating floors flow throughout the home, with extra large entry area, a fabulous lounge room with lots of natural light seeping through the multitude of windows and doors and a lovely open plan dining area combined with the kitchen. Light and bright and fairly simplistic in design but just perfect for functionality especially for the young family.

Wash up , prepare the meals, feed the children all whilst being in view of the lounge area during the day. At night the children are fast asleep down the hall off the far side of the house whilst you can relax in front of your favourite program safely knowing that the noise is not going to disturb them.

Off the rear of the home there is yet another outdoor seating area, partially covered and partially open but just a fabulous place to sit and enjoy the sunrise as you have your morning coffee overlooking the stunning landscape that is mostly made up of your land.

Under the home there is a large covered in laundry area, enormous in size and sure to make the friends and family very envious. There is also a shower room, a second toilet, a workshop area and a rumpus style storage area as well.

If that wasn't enough there is also a double garage with plenty of space for your tools and cars. With auto garage door, the days of wrestling with a garage door are long becoming a thing of the past.

Off the side of the garage is a covered area where you can sit and enjoy the garden, with fenced and none fenced areas there is sure to be areas the four legged friends can run around safely without getting out into the big bad world. The great news is you can take them for walks and you probably won't even need to leave your block of land! Maybe a sight exaggeration there but I think you get the point.

Unfortunately flooded in 1974 and 2011 however it's hard to believe as you step through this lovely house. Cleaned and renovated and just recently it even had a brand new roof.

Inspections are by appointment only so please call me today to organise a time to come and look through. Best be quick though as you will be kicking yourself to miss out on an opportunity like this.
