The venue is in close proximity to pubs, clubs restaurants &surf lifesaving clubs as well as the Palm Beach ferry wharf just a short walk away. Plus, surf and sun just along the esplanade at Umnia & Ocean beachfront which are all great for great exploring. We have owned this unit for over 4 years and as well as enjoying free vacations and many other short stays we also holiday rent our unit averaging over $1,000 a week with room to charge higher prices than i do.
