Daniel Ritchie is a star who doesnt pretend to be anyone except himself: personable, warm and a very funny man.
With only a 14-day window to sell our quirky place, Daniel just launched himself with gusto into our dilemma. He was in constant communication with us, by phone but mostly personal visits. He was able to pacify us.
Being over 60 it is wonderful a much younger man who treated us so professionally, yet was able to have a lot of laughs with us. He gave us good advice and we developed an honest trust in him. We loved that he was never late for our meetings.
He has that perfect balance of professional, personal and knowledgeable. In our opinion, he is a true gem in this business. I have a respect for Daniel that we havent had with past agents.
