THE LAND
The property is 4 x 40 acre blocks, 160 acres (64ha) as per Torrens Title, situated 270km from Sydney and 35km from Mudgee on the Wollar/Muswellbrook road, all sealed, but 1.3km road before the property with independent access for each separate block thru a Crown Road that surrounds the place.
