13 Ramon Close, Lismore VIC 3324

It was about 16 years ago that the adventure and creation of turning a vacant 5-acre allotment into a green thumbs paradise commenced.
13 Ramon Close sits right at the end of a quiet court and is only minutes to the Lismore Village. Great community feel with friendly neighbours and a well-kept lane.
Fenced into one paddock, the property boundary fence line is treed providing absolute privacy. There is a gravel driveway some 160 metres long that takes you to the worksite.
Improvements include 2 shipping containers in good order about 12 metres long, one is used for storage & the other set up as a bungalow.
There is also an old caravan on site plus 2 water tanks that hold a combined about 50,000 litres of water, mains power sits in a pit at front.
The garden is an absolute spring delight with manicured grounds, well-established trees & garden areas, and an extensive fruit orchard of Peach, Apricot, Cherry, Lemon and Berry. There is also a veggie patch ready to go.
Mature shrubs offer greenery and vibrant colour, dotted around the garden spaces are different rustic trinkets - ornaments like an old combine planter that will stay with the sale.
Known to the family as "The Block", it is time for the next custodian to be handed the baton and take the reins.
This unique opportunity would suit someone looking for a weekend retreat that is only one hour from Ballarat, 75mins from Geelong and 1.5kms to all Lismore services.
The land is zoned low-density residential under the Corangamite Shire and a planning permit will be required for the construction of your home.
