Convenient with great connectivity via public transport

I am a local real estate agent who has been selling in the area for 16 years, My local knowledge is quite broad. Most of the buyers we find coming to the area are either first home buyers, or second home (selling a unit or townhouse locally) to upgrade into a home. Some have children or are considering to have children thus why having their own yard is nice. There are also great primary schools, parts of South Seven Hills fall into the sort after Metella Road Catchment, Catholic domination have of Our Lady of Lourdes and the ever popular Toongabbie Christian school. There are plenty of local parks, with a recently installed walking path around Lucretia Road field showing amazing signs of community with its being meeting places for evening walking groups. Public transport is serviced well with fast trains to the city CBD taking around 45 minutes, all stops around about 55 minutes, the are two choices of T-Way buses one being on the North side via Old Windsor road (CBD bus available as well) servicing Rouse Hill or Westmead, or the Blacktown Road T- Way servicing Blacktown station or Great Western Highway to Parramatta. Seven Hills Station offer Buses to Castle Hills or Maquarie Uni as a bonus almost unknown extra. Car wise, it have multiple access points to M4, M2 or M7 motorways, Great Western Highway, Old Windsor Road, Sunnyholt road and a myriad of back streets to avoid any congestion. Seven Hills is a lovey suburb, culturally diverse and centrally located, its worthwhile consideration for any family.
