Seven Hills, NSW 2147

This really is Sydney's best kept secret. Quiet, not too much traffic on the roads, lovely neighbours, shops close by, a 30min express train to Central and right off the M2. There are lots of young families in the area and it is a perfect "middle spot" not too far north, south or west. I feel safe walking the streets and everyone says good morning.

Thought I’ll write a review too. I just bought in Jean Street a few months ago, and I absolutely love it. My partner and I have young kids so being close to a field was key. We go to the international peace park often, and the area just got a brand new equipment park near the creek. Everyone keeps to themselves and looks out of each other. I feel safe going on morning and night walks, catching buses/trains and going for a quick little stroll to the shops. I drive to work in the city some days, which is a very easy drive being 29 mins, or catch a train. The place is getting a lot of traction with new parks, great council, new families, new houses. If you drive around the area you’ll see that lots of new houses are being built, due to the location being so close to the CBD with any road you choose to drive on. If you’re thinking of moving into Seven Hills, come on over! Absolutely convenient, lots of things to do and fantastic neighbours!!

I have lived in Seven Hills for the past 2 years. Before I bought my place I was told ‘not to buy near the station’, so I what did I do? Buy near the station. I’m about a 5 min walk away. Honestly best purchase of my life. Everyone is so nice, the neighbourhood I live in just keeps getting better and better with new families and young couples moving in. Most of the older houses are getting knocked down for new builds. Goes to show that people actually have no idea what they’re talking about, I could not recommend Seven Hills enough. It’s close to every motor way and you’re anywhere you want to be within 15-30 mins. The other day I drove to Newtown in 35 mins, parramatta is an easy 12 mins, Blacktown West Point is all updated and awesome which is 8 mins and Castle Towers again an easy 15 mins. The place is really improving with new parks, shops, respectful neighbours and beautiful new houses. Totally worth every dollar!

Seven Hills is the ideal place to raise a family. Houses sell for a reasonable price, there are amazing schools close by, great cafes, and great places to find work.

We bought our house in Seven Hills in the ‘Musical Bowl’, this place is a true hidden gem that overlooked by many buyers. I would rate this place same level, if not better, than many other suburbs in Baulkam Hills, Winston Hills, Castle Hills, and other Hills district.
This small area of Seven Hills boasted 3 beautiful parks, a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood, annual Santa Claus parade organise by the neighbours and best of all the house price is not over-value.
Another benefit is the transportation, minutes to M2, M7, Old Windsor Road, Seven Hills, and public transport is convenient with T-Way bus to Westmead station, or express bus via M2 Motorway or and express via train from Seven Hills station, so many options available to reach the city in less or within an hour of travel. Both Westmead and Seven Hills station are major stop, and hence, one can catch the express train rather than the local, which is faster to the city.
In addition, shopping centre are abundant and very convenient, and all within 5km radius: Kings Langley Shopping Centre (Woolworth and Coles), Winston Hills Shopping Centre (Woolworth, Coles and Aldi), and Seven Hills Shopping Centre (Woolworth and Aldi)
We love Seven Hills, for the beautiful parks, friendly neighbourhood, peaceful environment, ease of public transportation and convenience of shopping centre within short driving distance.

We moved from Lower North Shore. We were faced the same predicament like most with young children. We were used to usual North Shore education and standard of living. We wanted a suburb that was easy to commute but also had great schools. We were not too keen on Seven Hills initially but then we discovered 'music bowl'. The best kept secret of Sydney. This wonderful area of Seven Hills is next to M2 and you will be in Maq Park in 20 odd minutes. Seven Hills station has one of biggest parking and you will be in CBD in 35 minutes. Houses are on large lots. Music Bowl is quiet, safe and Seven Hills North Public School is highly rated with less then 300 children. Music Bowl is one road away from Winston Hills but still far cheaper than Winston Hills. What more one can ask for?
