“Close to everything!”
I have owned my apartment for 11 years and love everything about the location. Selling my apartment has been a very big decision as I have concerns I won't be able to find a property in such a good location again. It's close to supermarkets (Woolworths and Coles both only a short walk) and the cafe and restaurant strip along Willoughby road is fantastic - you can literally eat your way along the street and try different cuisines and places every week! It's less than a 10 minute walk to St Leonards train station, which provides you direct access and only a few stops to the CBD. Both Westfield Shopping Centre in Chatswood and Balmoral Beach are only a 10 minute drive away. The suburb of Naremburn is very quiet, offering a leafy outlook and very family friendly. All of my neighbours are lovely, always happy to help out with anything and I've been fortunate enough to make some great friends both in my building and surrounding area. As a single female, safety is really important and I've never had any safety concerns living on Willoughby Rd. I will be very sad to sell my apartment & the buyer will be very fortunate to live in such a fantastic location!
