This property has all the benefits of modern design but I don’t know if that’s what I love the most or how convenient the location is. Set amongst trees in a quiet location and yet at the end of the street are the main roads to lead you anywhere you need to go on the Coast.

Having said that, with the changes in Southport of late, you may find you don’t need to leave at all.

This 3 bedroom home lost nothing in its design. On the ground floor, as you walk through the double stained timber with glass doors, you enter into and open area which leads you either upstairs or into the open plan living. As you enter into the living space you will be blown away by the stunning kitchen and entertaining area.

I honestly love this space. The kitchen joins onto the outdoor living area which is accessible by two trifold doors. It’s like the walls just open up, allowing you to use that outdoor space as your own personal alfresco dining area. It’s very private and surrounded by nature. It really is a space you will spend most of your time. Also joining the kitchen is a large lounge/dining, however because of the alfresco area, you could probably use the actual dining area for something else.

As we head upstairs you have one double sized bedroom to the right of the landing, then in front you have the main bathroom, separate toilet and then another bedroom. To the left of the landing is the second living area, a nice retreat for children or just a second get away.

From there we move to the Master Suite. This really is something special. First of all the room is massive. It will accommodate a king size bed with plenty of room to spare. From there it has its own private balcony. The WIR does not hide in comparison, it is incredibly large with plenty of room for his and hers…. Instead of just hers. The Ensuite……. I love it. You walk in and all you see is a wall with double basins and a huge mirror. This is because the shower is concealed behind that wall on one side and on the other side the toilet is also concealed. Once again, as with everything in this amazing property, its huge…… it is about twice the size of a standard ensuite.

Because I'm not a fan of spending all my time mowing lawns, I also love that there is a small section of grass, but that’s it. Enough to walk on to feel the grass beneath your toes but not enough to stress over the maintenance.

As you can see, I m quite taken by this property and you will be too as soon as you walk through those doors. To be honest though I ve only just touched on all that it has to offer. It also has ducted airconditioning, significant security system and vacume maid throughout.

There really is only one thing to do, have a look for yourself, you will fall in love with it as quickly as I did.
