WHAT THE OWNER SAYS
We have absolutely loved this house and location. The house is fantastic for entertaining and we've hosted many wonderful gatherings inside and out on our shady deck. The street is incredibly quiet and filled with fantastic neighbours. The location cant be beaten its an easy walk to either Leederville or Mt Hawthorn and the variety that those strips offer. Having everything within walking distance as well as convenient access to buses and trains has meant less need for our car, whilst quick access to the freeway connects us to everywhere else. We've felt as though everything has fallen into place whist living here. It's been a house we've loved coming home to and a suburb we've been proud to call our own.
