We really wanted to give the new owners options and opportunity with this property but also, make it really nice and fresh. We went through the lengthy process of obtaining planning permits to subdivide which means that someone has the approval and therefore the option to do that if they wished. They could just as easily extend or put in a huge shed, we don’t mind what they decide to do, its just nice to know they have that option there. We loved being able to walk to the shops and school plus its such a quiet spot with great neighbours.
