“The location is one of the best things about the house. Right on Chinta’s doorstep which we love. You can also walk a few minutes in any direction and hit cafes, bars and parks. Some of our favourites are Hobart St Deli and park, Angove St and Oxford St in Leedy. The 990 bus stops near the house so going to the city is very easy. Would be perfect for anyone who works in the city!

We love the front of the house, it has plenty of charm and character but clean and fresh inside. It is easy to maintain and there is little upkeep. No renovations or major work needs to be done. The extra parking at Chinta is handy and we can fit three cars easily in our driveway. We love sitting out the front with coffee or wine and people watching! You can see a part of the city which is great, especially at night. “
