Nambour "The friendly Town"

My family moved to Nambour in 1974. My parents purchased a sports store and my father then went into real estate in the late 70s. I did my schooling at St Josephs/St Johns. Nambour was the commercial/retail hub for the Sunshine Coast , boasting the Morton Sugar Mill. Sadly the sugar industry reduced in the area with the mill closure which affected the retail in Town. As a local Real estate agent in Nambour the town has so much to offer, established homes, quaint tree lined streets with large blocks and 20 mins to our wonderful beaches. With rail, 2 hospitals, TAFE and great public and private schools the Town is thriving. With new families moving to Nambour we have seen awesome growth in the area. I love living here!!
