The location! Dundonald Street is elevated so you get a nice leafy outlook and it's perfectly positioned in our favourite pocket with walking access to shops the restaurant precinct (for us), Teralba park and the bikeway (for the kids) and also heaps of public transport with buses on South Pine Rd and Mitchelton station just a 20min walk. We built it as a Brisbane base option as we weren't sure where we would end up, so it has lots of upgrades from a standard build like waterfall stone, butlers with a spot for wine fridge, floor to ceiling tiles, freestanding bath, hardwood stairs etc but we've ended up building another home in Palm Cove that we've moved into. I'm not excited to let this one go but my husband has convinced me life will be more fun with one less mortgage.
