The power of potential and position.

Potential — it’s the one thing that rivals position when it comes to purchasing property. And when you get position and potential in the one package, you have hit pay dirt!

So, buying this 1,500sqm (approx.) of premium development potential (STCA), which comes with a huge 24.2m (approx.) street frontage, won’t be an expense — it will be a blue-ribbon investment.

The existing house is a suburban time capsule: an original weatherboard classic with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a studio. That still brings with it the option of short or medium-term rental while you tick off all the steps in development permits and planning approval for what looks like a prime large-scale townhouse development (STCA) that will stand within 25 minutes (approx.) of Melbourne’s CBD via the Eastern Freeway yet even closer to Box Hill’s bustling hub, public transport, excellent public and private schools, numerous parks, the popular Koonung Creek and Bushy Creek trails), sporting facilities and the Kerrimuir shopping strip, which is just footsteps away.

Leafy Suburbs, Parks, Family Community Feel- Close to WESTFIELD DONCASTER MALL & EASTERN FREEWAY.

Lovely peaceful green suburb. Multicultural community with a range of cafes and schools. Alot of the homes and amenities are abit vintage and 60's dated. Lots of old people still love in these from 40yrs ago. Great place to build a Modern starter double story family home. Only a drive away from Mount Albert, Doncaster & Templestone. Lots of top public schools here.
