"Overlooked little pocket"

Lots of parks, schools.

It gets convenient access to the best of Box Hill and Doncaster; whilst far enough from the hustle and bustle

"Leafy Suburbs, Parks, Family Community Feel- Close to WESTFIELD DONCASTER MALL & EASTERN FREEWAY."

Lovely peaceful green suburb. Multicultural community with a range of cafes and schools.
Alot of the homes and amenities are abit vintage and 60's dated. Lots of old people still love in these from 40yrs ago. Great place to build a Modern starter double story family home. Only a drive away from Mount Albert, Doncaster & Templestone.

Lots of top public schools here.

"A great place to live"

I’ve lived here for the last two years and have seen gentrification in neighbouring Box Hill really lift Box Hill North up. Love the suburb with local amenities growing everyday.

"“Box Hill’s quiet, more residential neighbour”"

You’re bound to find something that suits you in Box Hill North. Pocketed in between the surrounding suburbs of Doncaster and Box Hill, Box Hill North has every amenity available at your fingertips.

The quiet suburban suburb offers local conveniences including the Box Hill Hospital, local restaurants and cafes, education of preschool, primary school, high school, and even vocational education at the institute of Box Hill. This hidden gem also offers just minutes entry to the Eastern Freeway or Box Hill public transport services which provide easy access into the CBD.

The quiet and suburban area is perfect for families with plenty of parks, trails, and cute corner shops accessible. Good-sized 1950’s styled houses and a leafy environment makes Box Hill North the perfect place to raise a family.

The Koonung Creek Trail runs through Box Hill North and offers a wonderful opportunity for exercise and leisure activities. Along with this you can find many sporting facilities such as the local tennis and football club.
With every imaginable amenity available, Box Hill North is a fantastic place to live that offers a quieter alternative to the hustle and bustle of busy Box Hill.

For a standard 2-bedroom house, you can expect to pay approx $400.00 per week in rent.

"If convenience matters"

Box Hill North has a very low crime rate and great tree cover, employment and proximity to schools. More open space, culture, cafes and less busy roads would propel Box Hill North’s liveability to new heights.

"Quiet suburb next to a Hive of Atmosphere"

Box Hill North Is located between two of the eastern suburbs best shopping districts in doncaster shopping town and Box Hill Central but without all the hussle and bussle. You can get to the city in under 30 minutes by buss and the train station isn't far away. This area is becoming filled with lovely young families.

Has a couple of great cafe's Rubic and Wood Pecker who brew a great cuppa. Heaps of great restaurants like T17 Pizza place.

In this area the average 3 bedroom home now sells for over $1,000,000. But for those who look there is something for everyone.

"Leafy parks for dog walkers, Family friendly, quiet neighourhood"

Quiet neighbourhood compare to crowded box hill central. Leafy greenery surroundings. Close to Doncaster Westfield shopping centre - only 10mins drive. Homes are old and so need renovations or knock down rebuild to live with modern amenities. I would appreciate if there were more modern local brunch and coffee places especially after going for a walk or run or dropping kids off at school or working on your laptop at a cafe.
I would choose to live in box hill north over Blackburn (working class and some dodgy crime), box hill centre (chaotic, packed, fast pace) or box hill south (closer to Burwood, more industrial) if you prefer more natural parks and greenery.
I would also suggest that Whitehorse council improve their maintenance gardens and have better looking grounds and faculties instead of hiring contractors who sit around. Some look like they have been trimed or cut in ages. What are our council rates going too?!

"A better place than neighbouring Box Hill and Doncaster"

Box Hill North is set to become the epitome of suburbia with neighbouring Box Hill and Doncaster becoming small skyscraper cities. One of the best things about Box Hill North is that the amenities of Box Hill and Doncaster are all readily accessible, without the hustle and bustle.

"The suburb should be worth a lot more than what it is"

Box Hill North is home to a lot of hidden gems, such as the Trawool St shops. It carries essentially the same school zoning as Box Hill and is well connected by public transport, hospitals and schools. The suburb's price underperforms its glitzier neighbour in Box Hill, but that won't last long as that suburb undergoes gentrification and Box Hill North becomes the new suburbia in the region.

"Punches above it’s weight"

The suburb is a quiet achiever. Often overshadowed by its bigger siblings Box Hill and Doncaster, this little pocket between Thames and the Eastern Freeway is pure class and a great place to live.
