"Fantastic location!"
About 15 minutes from the CBD, Olympiad Crescent is a quiet "horseshoe" protected from the traffic, yet close to all amenties you could wish for. Box Hill central, Westfiled Doncaster, many parks, many schools make this a perfect location.
Cross Elgar road and you'll pay 1m plus. On the Olympiad Crescent side of Elgar road you'll be buying with a view to great capital growth.
You would nto be disappointed. One of he quietest streets in Box Hill North given the lack of throgh traffic.
