Having lived and worked in Sunshine Cove for nearly 3 years now, I have watched the area grow and noticed an ever increasing interest the unique estate. The biggest thing we find is getting people through the door to find out what they have been missing out on. Family and friends are constantly surprised on first inspection of our home, as there is so much more than meets the eye.

We haven't had a guest yet that hasn't walked up stairs and said "It's massive up here!" The efficient use of space, leaving an open planned living, comes as a shock to most and despite the close proximity to neighbours, privacy is absolutely no issue.
The outlook from our kitchen, dining, living area reveals a beautiful canal and boardwalk with a rare forest backdrop, and not a neighbour in site. Entertaining has been made easy on our large deck including an undercover portion for those rainy days. There are not many better places to be on a Sunday afternoon, enjoying a BBQ with friends and hoping between regular checks of the crab pots and fishing lines.

With the busy lives we lead, our home couldn't be more suited. With a low maintenance yet well utilised back yard, keeping it groomed takes only a few minutes and leaves an area for our dogs to be as happy as can be. Retiring to our master bedroom is the favourite part of our day, with a large window looking out over the water and forest, it's hard to believe we are so close the centre of town.

We are minutes from anywhere, the centre of Maroochydore, numerous beaches and even close enough to pop straight onto the motorway to head in any direction. We personally love the area so much that we have purchased another block and are only moving 1 minute around the corner. It is going to be a reluctant sale but in this case, itchy feet got the better of us
