What's around Tranby Road

House description

“SWEET DREAMS ARE MADE OF THIS!”

This stylish home is lavish in comfort, space and clever design. Every single aspect of this home has been carefully thought out to maximise convenience of living areas, functionality and the serene uninterrupted prime views overlooking Lake Brearley, Burswood and the City in the background.
The front door opens into an impressive tiled entrance that leads off to a generous main bedroom, (with a resort style ensuite), a seriously impressive theatre room with double doors and then into the sensational open plan lifestyle kitchen, dining and living areas. This inviting space is further enhanced by sliding doors that allow for uninterrupted access to the undercover patio.
The smart use of space continues into the laundry and powder room, both conveniently located within easy access of the living and outdoor areas. The double lock-up garage with extra storage space and secure parking on top has to be seen to be believed.
It is no surprise when you walk upstairs you are met with another spacious living area that features a kitchenette perfect for entertaining or simply for extra convenience. This area is ideal for a lounge room and is complimented by a very large adjoining private balcony that offers yet another place to relax or entertain while enjoying the picturesque view of the lake and surrounding nature. Three well sized bedrooms also share this tranquil space and includes an ample bathroom with both shower and bath plus a separate toilet.
This is a genuinely exceptional home with so many features that can only be appreciated in person. You will be impressed from the moment you step into entrance and experience the luxury of design, spaciousness and sheer intelligence of this well-built home.
