Here is a house that exudes a simple joy from a time that was far simpler than today's hectic pace.

Also on this north side is a garage, well it looks like a garage until you step inside and see the paned windows overlooking the gardens, so we would think this would make a terrific studio.
Last but not least is the bathroom, again, compact with a shower, a loo and a washing machine but perfectly fine as it is.
Stepping outside there is a wonderland of gardens, tree ferns, Irish strawberry trees, whimsical paths and a greenhouse, oh, and there is a small pond as well.
