Melinda provided outstanding service in what can only be described as a sale with a lot of difficulties. She was so patient and caring and always answered any queries and phone calls.
As I did not have vacant possession on settlement day, she worked with the purchaser to ensure they did not pull out and assisted my solicitor. Melinda continues to assist me; she is one in a hundred!
