House description

“The Ultimate in Relaxed Low Maintenance Living”

Immaculately presented and thoughtfully designed, this stunning single-storey home offers effortless living in one of Victor Harbor's most sought-after locations. Built by Sterling Homes in 2019, the residence blends contemporary style with low-maintenance practicality, making it ideal for families, retirees, holidaymakers or savvy investors. Just a short stroll from the South Coast District Hospital, with convenient rear access to a tranquil lakeside beach and only 100 metres from another larger lakeside beach found on the corner of Bartel Boulevard-home to the ever-popular Boulevard Café on The Lake-this is a lifestyle location through and through.

From the moment you arrive, the home's clean lines and private, secure setting make an immediate impression. The paved driveway accommodates two vehicles and leads to a double garage with panel lift door and internal access. Beyond the entry, the master suite is privately positioned at the front of the home and features a walk-in robe and elegant ensuite bathroom complete with floor-to-ceiling tiling, frameless shower, stone-top vanity and toilet.

Further down the central hallway, French doors open to a versatile media room that could serve as a fourth bedroom, home office or guest lounge, depending on your needs. At the heart of the home, the expansive open-plan living and dining area connects seamlessly to the rear garden, with sliding doors opening to an all-weather alfresco entertaining space that is fitted with TV provisions, downlights and zip-track blinds-perfect for year-round enjoyment.

The kitchen is a true standout, featuring a striking ocean-themed glass splashback, stone benchtops, soft-close cabinetry, an island bench with breakfast bar, a 900mm Euro oven with gas cooktop and a dishwasher. Durable vinyl plank flooring flows throughout the living areas and hallway, offering both style and practicality.

Two additional bedrooms are located toward the rear of the home, with bedroom two enjoying a garden outlook. The main three-way bathroom is impeccably appointed with floor-to-ceiling tiles, a full-size bath, shower alcove, separate toilet and stone-top vanity. A well-equipped laundry with ample storage completes the layout.

Additional features include ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, instant gas hot water, a 6.6kW solar system, and security shutters on both front and rear bedrooms. The rear yard is private and secure with lockable gates at both ends, and the garage provides convenient rear access.

Positioned just minutes from Victor Harbor's town centre and close to walking trails, reserves and coastline, this home presents a rare opportunity to enjoy modern, coastal living in a turnkey residence that feels like new.

Harris South Coast

The hub of the Fleurieu

Victor Harbor has traditionally been the central business hub of the South Coast. Outsiders often confuse Victor Harbor as encompassing the entire region, however Victor Harbor is one town in our region. From West to East there is Encounter Bay, Victor Harbor, McCracken, Hayborough, Chiton, Port Elliot, Middleton, Goolwa suburbs and Currency Creek. Victor Harbor has a public primary school on the border of McCracken and Victor Harbor and a large public high school that also hosts the Victor Harbor football, netball, tennis and basketball courts. The central business district is close to the foreshore and can get quite busy through peak holiday periods. Typically the ocean is quite sheltered in Victor Harbor, with little swell reaching the beach, hence why the local sailing clubrooms are located here. The foreshore precinct is a tourist drawcard with mini golf, carnival rides for holiday periods, huge playground, eateries, restaurants and shops with events and markets held in this area. The bridge across to Granite Island is very popular and people love exploring this small island. There are a huge amount of local sports available for all ages. Walking trails, bike tracks etc. There are some beautiful old buildings in the central area and a lot of new housing developments happening (typically small land sizes). The conveniences of Victor Harbor make this a very desirable place to live. Climate: Summer typically starts in January and ends in March - expect warm northerly winds and evening sea breezes. Normally it's cooler than Adelaide temps. Autumn is favoured by most locals - temperatures in the low 20's and little wind. Winter is very cold. Expect artic winds and rain (however most locals love this typical 'wintery' season). Spring is stunning with a lot of local flowering vegetation, can get windy and typically still a lot of rain. The region is stunning and Victor Harbor is a great place to live if you want to be close to everything and it's good to note that you're only an hour to Adelaide.
