A rare opportunity to secure a fully self-contained rammed earth cottage, peacefully nestled within the pristine wilderness of Warren National Park - all just minutes from the heart of Pemberton.

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by the quiet serenity of native bushland, with birdsong as your soundtrack and kangaroos, kookaburras and emus as your curious neighbours. This is your very own slice of iconic West Australian Forest, complete with wraparound verandahs that invite you to sit, breathe and take it all in.

Built from rammed earth, this charming cottage is more than just beautiful, it's naturally energy-efficient. The thick, earthy walls offer excellent thermal insulation, keeping the home cosy and warm in winter and cool and comfortable through summer. Whether you're curled up by the wood fireplace with a local red or enjoying a summer barbecue under the trees, comfort comes as a standard here.

Harcourts Southern Forests

Great country town with a village atmosphere

I have lived and worked in Pemberton since 2007. It’s a friendly close-knit town with a village feel, making it a great place to bring up kids. We have two schools and it’s not uncommon to see kids walking or cycling to school given the safe environment that we live in. Equally if you are looking for somewhere to retire to you would be hard pressed to find a better place in the Southwest of WA where you can take it easy and watch life go by a gentle pace. The main Street has changed in the past few years with trendy Cafés, wine bar, whiskey bar as well as our traditional pub. Venture just outside of town and enjoy the wineries and most of all our majestic Karri Forests. Plenty of trails by foot, horse or mountain bike, in fact there is a world class mountain bike trail park. What’s not too like about Pemberton. Always happy to answer any questions about Pemberton if you are thinking of moving here.
