Highly recommend this real estate company. Colin and Lily have been a delight to deal with; quick to answer questions and excellent communication
Lily was amazing to deal with. Quick to respond and work with our availabilities. Highly recommend Lily to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
They were very friendly and helpful
Highly recommend. Awesome team. Fast results. An eight day sale.
Everything worked from start to finish. Communication via phone, text and email was informative and easy to understand. Colin and Lily knew their job inside and out. The whole process was easy and the team ensured that my best interests were met as a seller. Prior to the sale LJ Hooker had been my rental managers also and ensured that the tenant was informed and processes were neat and tidy. I couldn't have asked for a better sale experience.
Having dealt with Colin before I had absolute confidence in giving him the property to sell. He is an absolute professional and knows what he is doing. He has a great team behind him as well. Highly recommended
Colin made the process of selling very enjoyable and easy. I was able to move out 6weeks early. Experienced in the area and very honest. Would highly recommend Colin for anyone selling a house.
Colin is approachable, thorough, a great communicator, has excellent support from Lily and his team and is a genuine good bloke. Not only that, the Openn Negotiation online auction process gave us (vendors) confidence that our property was given every opportunity to sell at the current market price. We couldnt have wanted a better sales experience.
Colin and his team at LJ Hooker Pemberton were excellent from start to finish, in the sale of our property. We received regular updates throughout the process, with piece of mind that everything was being handled in the background for us. Highly recommend.
Dealing with Colin and his team who go above and beyond to make the whole process run smoothly was a pleasure. Would highly recommend them to anyone
