"Paradise 3 hours south of Perth"
Dunsborough and surrounding areas, including Yallingup, Eagle Bay, Meelup, Margaret River are some of the most beautiful holiday spots in the world. Incredible beaches, cafes, restaurants, world class wineries and a big range of holiday accommodation. The area also is priced very well in terms of house prices, given what the area has to offer. Very peaceful relaxing area to live and/or holiday in. Highly recommend!

"Quiet comfortable suburb with everything to offer"
West Perth is a quiet leafy suburb, 1KM from CBD, 10 minutes from the beach and 2 minutes from Subiaco. Walk to Kings Park, walk to the city. Close to bus stops and West Perth has a great little business district on Hay St with a mixture of offices and residential living, great cafes and lunch spots. I love West Perth!

"Comfortable safe seaside area"
Hillarys is a safe comfortable suburb close to the beach, Hillarys Marina, lots of cafes and restaurants. Great for lifestyle, kids, schools.

"Leafy safe, quiet area right on the beach"
Cottesloe is a comfortable, quiet safe suburb right on the beach. It includes some great cafes, pubs, restaurants with major supermarkets, retail and services all included. Cottesloe has good schools and child care, is 15 minutes from Perth CBD and close to 3 train stations and main arterial roads. It has a mix of older established homes and apartments, with newer developments also popping up. Good place to live :)
