House description

“Tranquil Living in a Prestigious Pemberton Enclave”

From the moment you step inside, this home feels like The One.

A grand architectural window frames the greenery outside, instantly connecting you to the tranquil surroundings. It offers the atmosphere of a tropical forest retreat, while still being just minutes from the heart of town.

Set in a quiet and tightly held cul-de-sac, which is one of Pemberton's most desirable neighbourhoods, this four-bedroom, two-bathroom home is surrounded by towering Karri trees and native bushland. Despite its peaceful setting, you're only a short walk to local cafes, bakeries, and forest trails, making daily life both easy and enjoyable.
Inside, the open-plan living area is filled with natural light. Cathedral ceilings and expansive windows create a sense of calm and space, and the layout has been carefully designed to allow the home to flow naturally from room to room.

The kitchen is both functional and welcoming, featuring a full butler's pantry, generous storage, and views into the garden. Whether you are preparing a quiet breakfast or hosting a dinner with friends, this space supports both relaxed moments and special occasions. It's a dream property designed for entertaining.
The master suite is privately positioned and includes a modern ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe. A separate guest wing offers flexibility for family, friends, or working from home.

Outside, the garden is thoughtfully landscaped and easy to maintain. Native plantings attract birdlife, and a mature fig tree provides a seasonal treat. It is a lovely setting for children to play, for entertaining guests, or simply for enjoying some time in nature.

Highlights of the property include:
• A private cul-de-sac location with walking access to town
• Full-height windows and cathedral ceilings that showcase natural views
• A master suite and guest wing arranged for comfort and privacy
• Reverse-cycle air conditioning, a fireplace, and insulation for year-round comfort
• A well-appointed kitchen with a butler's pantry and garden outlook
• Native gardens and a productive fig tree
• Proximity to Pemberton's forest walking trails
•Built circa 2008

This is a home that invites a slower, more intentional way of living. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a space that feels both relaxed and refined.

Great country town with a village atmosphere

I have lived and worked in Pemberton since 2007. It’s a friendly close-knit town with a village feel, making it a great place to bring up kids. We have two schools and it’s not uncommon to see kids walking or cycling to school given the safe environment that we live in. Equally if you are looking for somewhere to retire to you would be hard pressed to find a better place in the Southwest of WA where you can take it easy and watch life go by a gentle pace. The main Street has changed in the past few years with trendy Cafés, wine bar, whiskey bar as well as our traditional pub. Venture just outside of town and enjoy the wineries and most of all our majestic Karri Forests. Plenty of trails by foot, horse or mountain bike, in fact there is a world class mountain bike trail park. What’s not too like about Pemberton. Always happy to answer any questions about Pemberton if you are thinking of moving here.
