Block A (c.31 ha):
Includes a large cement rendered homestead with access from Olympic Highway and Isaacs Rd.

The block contains the following features:
c. 7 ha of cherries and c. 3 ha of plums
a 30 ML capacity dam
fruit packing shed

There are three land titles within this parcel and the zoning is RU4 (small rural holdings) with a minimum lot size of 2 ha for future sub-division purposes.

Block B (c. 56 ha):
There is one land title associated with this parcel and the zoning is RU4 with a minimum lot size of 12 hectares. Features the following:
two dams (40 ML and 60 ML capacity each, plus a gravel pit with 180ML capacity)
