"Young - A great town for all people"
Young has some of the best rental returns I have ever seen, nearly 9.5% gross return on your investment!!!
Lovely people, plenty of shopping, quiet streets and limited crime. Every 2nd car is someone waving to you.
I recommend it for families, retirees and young professionals.

"Rural Living - Safer than City Living"
For a small town it has a lot of big town amenities. A good shopping district, including several major chain stores. Good employment prospects. A substantial youthful population, three primary schools, two high schools, a tafe. Good sporting facilities, across a very broad range of sports.

"good for retirement or raising children."
Great little town with all the shopping you need. People are friendly, lots of seasonal work eg; fruit picking and packing. Lots of schools, private and public. Young is surrounded by small rural villages which give it the real country feel.
