The lower deck is the entertainment area, with full size pool and table tennis tables.
Kitchen: modern, fully equipped kitchen with double wall oven. Granite bench tops, plenty of cupboard & bench space. Includes dishwasher and microwave, also the kitchen comes with everything - cutlery, pots pans rice cooker, good quality BBQ with 4 gas bottles.
Laundry: The internal laundry has a modern front loader washer, dryer and iron.
Bathrooms: 2 modern bathrooms, one with bath.The garden has been professionally landscaped with in- ground irrigation to save water.
