Our house 56 Ocean View Ave Mooloolaba has been a lovely spacious, easy family home.

Moving from icy Queenstown NZ it was all about the pool and outdoor living that attracted us to this home. We brought the home when the kids where 11/8/ and 6 and it was just great having the pool right in the centre where we could keep an eye on them while they spent many hours with friends and having pool parties.

Now the kids are teenagers being so close to town and the beach makes life easy, they are able to walk and meet friends, have them around here before they go out to town.

The separate lounge areas are a bonus .We have always felt like the house had plenty of space for everyone to chill out or hang together. The house is excellent for a young family or family with teenagers that want to be close to the action but far enough away to be in a very quiet family friendly neighbourhood.

It is a huge plus to be in walking distance to Mooloolaba primary school and Mountain Creek State High School. We find the area very handy to everywhere we needed to get to - Kawana sports events/schools/Cotton tree/Mooloolaba/plaza, they all only took minutes to get to.

There would be weeks that go by without us having to go near a highway. It?s been a great spot and house that our family has enjoyed growing up in.
