Mermaid Beach - Why live anywhere else?

Mermaid Beach is honestly my favourite suburb on the Gold Coast. Historically, Mermaid Beach has been one of the forgotten suburbs between Broadbeach and Burleigh heads. But in recent years Mermaid Beach has seen a period of gentrification. With many cafes, restaurants and bars now calling Mermaid Beach home, along with Woolworths opening early 2022. With world class, white sandy beaches, many green parks, recreation clubs and excellent transport links - Mermaid Beach is the suburb to beat.
