Alex has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I am certain that I will engage Alex in the future, whether that be for property sales, or property management. Alex has sold two properties for me, both eclipsing the previous unit block records. Alex has also leased one of my properties, his management style has been seamless. Alex is transparent, always available to chat / address questions, and has a network of pre-qualified buyers. I am beyond satisfied with Alex's results, and would recommend him to anyone to buy or lease their property. 10/10.
Alex's commitment to outstanding customer service was evident from the very start, with Alex responding to my initial enquiry in no time. This coupled with Alex's professional approach ensured a very quick and seamless sale. As such, I would highly recommend his services.
Thankyou Alex for your professional and caring attitude with my recent purchase. Your communication with keeping me up to date with my progress was fantastic! We are so happy we can't wait to move in! Thankyou ALEX
Alex was able to achieve multiple offers on my property, all well exceeding my expectations. It was under contract within a week of being listed and was a smooth process from start to finish. Definitely recommend Alex to assist with a purchase or a sale as I have dealt with him on both!
Alex has provided a very proffesional service and presented me with concrete offers which exceeded expectations. He was very knowledgable about the gold coast market and worked bery quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their property.
Alex made the whole process of purchasing a first time unit seamless, with excellent communication. Helping us navigate through the paperwork requirements with confidence. Thanks for making this a great customer experience.
Alex had sold our Unit as quick as it was listed !! He kept us informed at all times with the sale, on the ball with what we would achieve & we never had to chase him, a rarity these days. We would highly recommend Alex !!
Over the moon with the fantastic result Alex was able to achieve with the sale of my QLD property, found him and his team to be friendly, highly professional and keeping me informed along the way. It's been a pleasure working with Alex and his team both as my property managers and now my selling agent.
Alex has been great throughout the process of our first home purchase. He was responsive and honest and helped us secure our new home!
This is the second time I have used Alex very professional and knowledgeable. Would not use anyone else now great communication with every step of the way . Goes out of his way to put your mind at ease which is less stressful with every step . Highly recommend
