Safe & Friendly Suburbs - Gold Coast - Walking distance to the beach
Someone I know is looking to move to the Gold Coast. She doesn't drive, so will need access to public transport and amenities (shops etc) Not interested in unit living, so will be moving into a house or duplex. Looking for a safe & friendly suburb, within walking distance to a beach. Any recommendations on great suburbs to live in would be appreciated! Thanks

Hi Deborah,
There are many great suburbs on the Gold Coast that fit your friends interest. It will all depend on their budget, but with the light rail about to be extended to Burleigh Heads, any suburb from Burleigh north through to Broadbeach should be a good fit.
